In a recent visit to the Emerald City information was passed to me that Maximus Minimus will be opening a storefront this fall . There will be a menu expansion to include more additive /preservative free cured and smoked meats as well as several other items . The new location is set to open this fall . The mobile unit will remain intact and active . If you want food from the belly of the beast keep you eye out on April !st .
